Went for a beer after work with some friends. The car stuck in the wall crossed from a stop sign in front of the car to the right of the pic. The car that hit or did not have a stop sign. He T boned the car in the wall right in the B pillar. Everyone in the cars wee fine. We were at the table and jumped out of the way when we saw the car coming for us. We were fine was well.

Yeah, if you trash the area around your table it's just the right thing to do.

Glad you made it out of that okay.
What’s the appropriate gift for a driver to give someone he nearly killed? Whatever it is, hope he gets a couple for you.

I used to work in QA for a safety part manufacturer who was design responsible. And not very forthcoming.
I was talking to a LEO I knew and said I would be interested in a career as a Constable. She said it isn’t like on TV.
I replied “it’s long boring periods, with a lot pf paperwork, and the occasional bit of excitement?“
She said”yup.”
I asked if there was a way to do it without the excitement. I got lots of paperwork with long exciting periods and no boredom covered for a couple of lifetimes. Heart attacks and stress leaves were considered routine around there.... we only had 2 people die from working to death though!
